1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using servodetail.com ("Site") — including joining the waitlist — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Servo Detail reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Servo Detail is a voice-first business management platform for auto detailers, currently in pre-launch / waitlist phase. The Site allows prospective customers to register interest in early access. No paid subscription or product access is granted by joining the waitlist.

3. Waitlist and Communications

By submitting your email address you consent to receive emails from Servo Detail about early access, product updates, and the founding detailer program. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@servodetail.com.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific pricing tier, or the founding detailer discount. Founding spots are limited and allocated at Servo Detail's discretion.

4. Founding Detailer Program

The founding detailer program offers tiered lifetime discounts: 🏆 Founders (first 10 members): 60% off, 🥈 Early Access (members 11–60): 50% off, 🥉 Launch (members 61–160): 30% off. This is a limited promotional offer subject to these Terms. Eligibility requires: (a) joining during the pre-launch period, (b) activating a paid subscription within 30 days of receiving your early-access invitation, and (c) remaining in continuous good standing. The discount tier you receive is determined by your signup order. Servo Detail reserves the right to modify or discontinue the founding program for new participants at any time without affecting existing qualifying subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the waitlist
• Attempt to circumvent or exploit any waitlist mechanism
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Servo Detail and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SERVO DETAIL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Product features, pricing, and availability described on this Site are subject to change before launch. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or contract for the product itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVO DETAIL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE WAITLIST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
