1. Who We Are

Servo Detail ("we," "our," or "us") operates servodetail.com — a voice-first business management platform built for auto detailing shops. We are currently in pre-launch / waitlist phase. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@servodetail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you join our waitlist we collect your first name, email address, business name, and optional survey responses (current software, weekly job volume, willingness-to-pay). You are never required to provide more than an email address.

Usage and analytics data

We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-first, cookie-free, GDPR-compliant) to collect aggregate page view data. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Google Ads conversion tag to measure campaign performance. These services may collect IP addresses and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel collects information about your interactions with our website and may link that information to your Facebook profile if you are logged in. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

UTM and referral parameters

When you click an advertisement or referral link, we capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) to understand which channels bring visitors to our site. This data is tied to your waitlist submission if you sign up.

Cookies

Our site does not set first-party cookies for analytics (Plausible is cookie-free). Third-party services (Google, Meta) may set their own cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

  • To contact you about early access, product updates, and the founding detailer program
  • To send a waitlist confirmation email (you can opt out at any time)
  • To measure ad campaign performance and optimize our marketing spend
  • To understand which product features matter most to detailers
  • To improve our website and onboarding flow

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Waitlist data is retained for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and notify you about early access. You can request deletion at any time. Survey responses are retained for product research purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
  • EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption and access controls on our databases. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as Servo Detail grows from waitlist to full product. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email. Continued use of our site after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
